Alain meets Kurt Calleja

INFE Network in cooperation with INFE France, has begun a new chapter as far as Eurostars concerned. Alain Dhallewin, from INFE France has started his journey, bringing you the most interresting interviews from Eurostars.

We hope you enjoy it.

This first interview starts in Malta, where the talented Kurt Calleja, who represented Malta in Baku with the song « This is the night » and has accepted this : our first invitation.

A great smile on a charming guy… here’s what we talked about last monday…

A.D. : Happy New Year Kurt !!

K. C. : Happy New Year to you too !

A.D. : What did you do for new year’s eve Kurt ?

K.C. : I had a show in Valetta, the capital city, there were about 25,000 people, it was very good, we had a good time, had a selection of music, people were dancing and singing and celebrating the new year.

A.D. What can you tell me about your current events especially regarding music ?

K.C. : I got a song called « Boomerang », which we launched at the end of the summer. I’ve been performing around Malta with it and we were nominated at the Malta Music Awards which is a big show in Malta and I’m nominated as best solo artist with this song and for the Best Music Video with This Is The Night

A.D. : What have you been up to since Baku ?

K.C. : I’ve been extremely busy, doing lots of shows, went back to Amsterdam after Baku to sing at the gay pride, then I performed at Loreen’s concert in Malta and finally the band and I performed at the Malta Independance Day Anniversary, so it’s been a very busy summer you know, big clubs, big audiences.

A.D. : Who are you Kurt ? Tell me please…

K.C. : I’m a maltese guy, passionate about performing, cooking, I love movies, I’m a very determinated person, when I want to do something, I create a picture of it in my mind and I go for it, you know ?

I love my family and friends so so much and I cannot forget in how many ways they were there for me during difficult and less difficult times. I think, recently I’ve changed a lot, from the point I was chosen as Malta’s Ambassador. It was a very long journey, because you are always learning, meeting people, discovering yourself, people who love you, who love you a little less… but on the whole it’s been a good journey,

A.D. : When can you say that you actually became an artist? I mean when did everything really begun ?

K.C. : As a kid, I always loved singing, but I never took it seriously. For me it was just an excuse to miss lessons (because I used to sing in the school choir). At some point I said to myself – Why can’t I sing instead of going to work ? So I guess when I was 16, I took my first singing lesson, and from that day, everytime some opportunity came up I always went to do my best. However I have been singing as a professionnal for last 3 years now.

A.D. : Were you an actor before?

K. C. : As a teenager, I used to do a lot of theater, some dancing, but growing up I focused more on singing, I was on two TV series in Malta, very popular, it was last year, before I got the right to sing for Malta at Eurovision. But now it’s music, music, music, I play piano and guitar, learning music production, I can write my own songs now… Honestly it’s been so busy last year, I mean I went to record in London, in a studio called ROKSTONE STUDIO, where WESTLIFE, ONE DIRECTION & SUSAN BOYLE amongst many others record – and the following day I was back home in Malta rehearsing for a show after having been interviewed on a number of television shows about it all. So it has been great !

A.D. : What did Baku mean to you before performing at the Eurovision Song Contest ?

K.C. : You see when we won, I took an interest in the country. I couldn’t wait to see the place. I was constantly looking on the net what is there to see in Azerbaijan. About a week after I won the maltese selection, the team and I went to Azerbaijan to perform and I fell in love. We are supposed go back to Baku to perform again this year.

A.D. : What do you listen to? What kind of music ?

K.C. : Big variety of music, dance mucis, classic music, my favorite artists at the moment are JESSIE J, BRUNO MARS, WILL.I.AM, ONE DIRECTION, THE SCRIPT AND RITA ORA. The more you listen to different types of music, the more you can learn and write different songs.

A.D. : What makes you wake up in the morning ?

K.C. : My day is so full, I mean… during my lifetime, I want to use my time, and especially my fame and popularity to inspire people, to help make a change in their lives, you know ? Make them believe that if you really want something, you can do it, you can change.

A.D. : Is there an album ready for 2013 ?

K.C. : Oh yeah, have songs that have been recorded and more songs are on their way, it is supposed to be ready in March.

A.D. : Where are your music producers from?

K.C. : Our band manager represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 20 years ago, his name is William Mangion (with the song « This Time »). We are our own producers, but we use the above studio in London.

A.D. : Have you got a message for your french fans ?

K.C. : I would like to thank all those french people who send me such great messages, honestly, I would really love to say « Merci Beaucoup », it does mean a lot when your music is appreciated in another country, and especially in a country like France where there are so many great artists. And I take this opportutity to wish you a pleasant 2013, full of lots of love and lots of succes, may all your best wishes to come to life this year.

A.D. : You’re a great artist Kurt, EUROIDOL INFE France and INFE Network would love to thank you for taking on your time to do this interview. Please consider yourself as a permanent guest.

K.C. : Merci beaucoup, bonsoir.

Roberto Meloni Interviewed

In February 2007 Roberto Meloni joined the group Bonaparti.lv to win Latvian Eurovision selection with the ballad Questa Notte. In May 2007 Bonaparti.lv took part in the big ESC final held in Helsinki, reaching the 16th place among 43 countries. In February 2008 Roberto Meloni participates and wins for the second year in a row (first time for an artist in Latvia) Latvian Eurovison selection with the group Pirates of the Sea, getting also the record of votes in Latvian semifinal (12.000 votes). In May 2008 Pirates of the Sea enter to the big final in Belgrade, reaching the 11th place among 43 countries. Pirates of the Sea were awarded by BBC as the best stage costume dressed in the whole ESC.Here is what he told us about his entries in Eurovision and whether he would join the contest again.

1. Can you tell us about your experiences from your participation in Eurovision?

Well, I have participated in 2007 with the Bonaparti.lv, for the very first time and that was a great experience because I ‘ve learned so many things that I ‘ve used in 2008 with the Pirates of the Sea, when we came 12th in the final, something that Latvia can not achieve in the last 3 years. For example in the press conferences you must be always there with some new, interesting things to say, like jokes , so that the journalists can write and the people to like you. ESC is a huge event, and if you are not a bit interesting, nobody will remember you after your three-minutes perforance. That’s why with the Pirates we always pursued the Turkey from Ireland, we danced with Kalomira and Ani Lorak, we gave our own short-show. The Bonaparti.lvs were a beautiful project, but on the stage we were too much serious, dark…?In Eurovision you must know how to have a good time and how to amuse the public.

2. Did your participation boost your career? How much has it changed your life after 2008?

It did change in 2007 as I started becoming more “international”, participating in festivals abroa, having various interviews in Italy, and in 2008, with the Pirates of the Sea , we have had concerts in Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, Malta and Italy. After that I started singing in Ukraine, Belarus as a soloist with the publicity that my participation in ESC twice gave me.

3. Do you think there is a “magical recipe” to grasp the points to qualify to the final?

Magic recipe: strong song, a hit, with melody that it can get your mind, you must be charismatic, amazing and you must sing well, because the juries look at the quality. Then it takes also a pinch of fortune!

4. This televised program called Eurovision has become the most favourite show around the world. What do you think is the reason for that?

In Eurovision everything is in a perfect way, everything happens specific times, you have that prescheduled time to make the rehearsals, then the press conference, parties of the Countries’ delegations, exhibitions, fans, journalists, and above all everything is done in very professional way.I hate people saying ESC is trash. That’s not true as behind the show there are a lot of people that know how to do their own job, and they really do. The television cameras for example, are there to catch every second of your performance and your act is televised to the least of details!

5. After 5 decades many changes have been made in this festival, one of these changes concerns the system of voting, the lack of orchestra on stage. etc.. Do you believe that these changes are fair?

I believe that the 50% of the jury vote is overexaggerated. I think that the show is more boring now, even if the quality is higher. I’d like the orchestra on stage, but I understand that now, with 43 countries, to have an orchestra is impossible, and ESC is DEFINITELY ‘A BETTER ORGANIZED Sanremo Festival’ !

6.Do you have some favourite songs from the contest, to the degree of wanting so much to perform them in the future?

Well, I’m often singing Nel blu dipinto di Blu..volare..oh oh And last year, I really liked San Marino, it was a pity that it did not go to the final. But usually I sing my songs .. Questa Notte and the Wolves of the sea!

7.What’s your suggestions to all the new artists who want to try this great experience .What can ESC offer them.?

If you want to do the ESC you must be ready to join the crowd, to be always cheerful, smiling kind to everyone, to prepare a strong song, have an image designed flawlessly and just like that you can get results and be successful.

8.Please give us the order of the 5 secrets to win the competition (5 choices): a. lyrics, b.music c.stage performance, d.language, e. the voice.

In order: c.stage performance b. the music a.lyrics e.the voice d. the language

9. There are many new countries who want to participate. What things will you suggest?

ESC is a party of music, traditions and a show that has the best artists of the countries that participate in the contest. I think that it would be beautiful also to hear other cultures in the event, more colorful and more exotic in Eurovision.

10.Would you return to the Eurovision in the future?

If I had a beautiful song and a good idea on the stage, certainly, perhaps for Italy or.. San Marino?

11. INFE network is the new organization of fans all over the world. Would you like to suggest anything to the fans of Eurovision.Any advice?

Follow the Eurovision during the selection of countries, because you’ll find that in every state, even in the smallest there is desire to make music and to be known as artists. Enjoy this event with the right spirit, a meeting of musical countries, there is no competition, but love for art and desire for happiness, through singing and dancing! LONG LIVE EUROVISION! I hope that Italy will participate this year, perhaps with Giusy Ferreri, Marco Mengoni and Giorgia Meloni, or …?

Roberto Meloni would like to share with us his latest song called “Love is a tango”, composed by the Israeli musician Yaron Malachi, lyrics written by Yaron Malachi and himself. The video was  shoot in Sardinia, in the town of Castelsardo, one of the most beautiful seaviews of Sardinia! The song holds the first places in the Latvian radio charts and has two versions in Italian and  Latvian. We hope you like it

Muriel Day Interviewed by INFE Network

INFE Network is “questioning” Ms Muriel Day, entrant of Ireland 1969. Read what she answered to our president’s questions.

1. Eurovision. A participation that definitely gave some experience to you! When you think back to it, what does come in your mind?

I was extremely proud that I was able to represent my Country and the thrill of singing for millions of people was almost heart stopping

2. Did your entry help your career? What changed in your life after the contest?

Yes I appeared on tv shows Both in Ireland and some parts of Europe. Then went to Canada to live and toured both there and the USA. That was an exciting time for me.

3. Is there a Magic Recipe for achieving a good position in the rank?

No I don.t think so. I believe that you just get out there and do your best for both the song and the composer and just pray that this is enough .

4. Eurovision is a long-lasting televised programme and one of the most favourite TV shows? What is it that makes it last that long?

I think that this is because it is an extravaganza, beautiful outfits, great music and of course, the Stage sets are incredible nothing compares to that. Just very special

5. Extreme changes have happened since 1956.Some of them are the Televoting System, The dropout of the Orchestra and others. Do you think that Eurovision is better now or not?

I am sorry about the orchestra. The live music gave a different dimension to the performance. When I performed in Madrid, there was a sixty piece orchestra and a Conductor so that it felt like a theatre performance which was brilliant. Apart from that I think that it just keeps getting better and better .

6. Is there a participation that you liked the most or even envied it and that you would like to perform in the future if not done that already?

Ideally it would have been lovely to win, but I gained a lot of fans, friends and great work as a result so am very happy with my lot

7. What would you like to suggest to all new entrants in order to make their experience a totally remarkable memory? What would the contest offer to him or her?

I would just suggest that they try to be the best as an athlete would, to be proud that they have been chosen by their Country and just enjoy because there will be a whole world of experiences out there for them

8. In your opinion, which one of the below mentioned is the most serious thing for a winning song?
a. The lyrics b. the music. c. the voice d.the stage performance or even e. the language?

Normally I am a lyric person but because there are quite a few songs done in a different language, then the music, as the language does not matter . It will not detract from the song one little bit .The singer has to interpert the song to the best of his or her ability .

9. Is there any of the “newcomers” or other performers that you would recommend the to join the contest?

Not really. Ther are so many young talented girls and guys out there and also groups. It is a great oppurnity for everyone

10. Would you join the contest once more and why?

Would love too but think that I would be a bit too mature now. It is a young persons contest.

11. INFE Network is a new fan organisation for Eurovision. Is there anything that you would like to recommend or say to the fans? Just to say thank you for the support that I have received in the past and now and keep watching the Eurovision . Maybe I will make it out to Greece someday and would love to meet all the fans of Eurovision. Thank you

Jarmo Siim: Eurovision has the best fans in the world

[caption id="attachment_546" align="alignleft" width="300" caption="Mr. Jarmo Siim"][/caption]

We interviewed Mr. Jarmo Siim, Communications Coordinator of EBU. Here is what he told us regarding Eurovision , Fans, Accreditations and many other things.

1. Which one is your favourite contest organisation so far and which songs did you like the most?

I think every year the organisational aspect is improving in one way or another, thus it’s very hard to say which one of them has been the best. The same goes for the songs. Eurovision Song Contest has something to offer for every moment of the day and for every mood.

2. Do you have a most memorable experience in ESC and which one is that?

For me personally the best moment was when Estonia won the contest in 2001 and I knew we would be hosting it the following year. But there have been many many great moments afterwards as well – too many to mention anything in particular. I do have a special moment I’ve enjoyed every year I’ve been a part of the contest – I go to the arena for the beginning of the show and just stay there for the first couple of minutes to see the happy people in the arena. It’s an incredible feeling knowing this is what we’ve all been working for the whole year. But then it’s back to work as the next 3-4 hours will be the busiest moments of the year!

3. What do you think of Eurovision Fans?

I believe the fans are an integral part of the Eurovision Song Contest and we are very lucky to have the best fans in the world. I would love the fans to co-operate even more and have more and more events to let just everyone know how great that contest is.

4. Is there any future in the Contest and if yes how do you see ESC in many years from now?

I’m very confident we will see the contest many years to come. I definitely picture myself showing up for the 100th anniversary of Europe’s favourite TV show. But as the show is very organic and has changed so much even in the last 10 years, it’s impossible to predict what it will become in the next decade or so. But in one thing I’m sure of – it will become better and better with every edition.

5. What are your expectations from Baku?
I’m sure Baku will host a wonderful edition of Europe’s favourite TV show, demonstrating the skills and spirit of the people of Azerbaijan.

6. How difficult is to be a Communications Coordinator in Eurovision?

I believe no job is too difficult to do when you love it. And I do love working for the Eurovision Song Contest. We have our difficult times and less difficult but seeing those shows in May makes it all worth it. Not to forget the wonderful people who surround me during, before and after the contest.

7. We saw the voting system being changed in 2010 and now again. Can’t there be a standard and more justful way of finding a Winner each year?

The voting system has not changed the essence of the song contest – it’s about finding and introducing great songs and artists to our audience. Every year we evaluate every aspect of the contest to see how could we make it even better – that’s how the small changes in the voting system have come into action.

I personally do not believe there is a one and only a one good way to pick the winner for good. Remember that even the famous douze points has not been with us since the beginning? I do believe we’ve found currently a good balance in the voting system but I’m also sure the years to come will bring more efforts to make it even better. If we wouldn’t have changes in the contest, it would mean there would be no progress anymore and that would be definitely a great threat to the whole event in general.

8. Plenty of non-european countries, like Australia, Mexico and Argentina do broadcast the contest. There was also an effort from an organisation named Asiavision.tv . Is there a globalisation project for Eurovision, like Worldvision or Globalvision?

Eurovision Song Contest is a great TV format and it would be good to see that taking on the world even more. However, we do not have a concrete schedule when and if we’d get to the point of expanding it globally.

9. In 1995 Jeux Sans Frontieres, a project held by EBU stopped. Junior Eurovision is getting less and less interrest by national broadcasters. Eurovision Dance Contest was firstly postponed and recently abandoned. Does this worry you somehow?

We believe in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in a very strong way. However, we’ve seen that we still need to work on the whole concept in general for it to be as strong as the Eurovision Song Contest is. I’m sure we’ll get to the point sometime in the near future where questions about its future being in jeopardy would seem ridiculous as like with the Eurovision Song Contest – we couldn’t picture the world of entertainment without it. Besides, we do see an increase in interest for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest from the broadcasters’ side, it’s very popular in many countries, from Belarus to the Netherlands, Belgium to Armenia.

10. EBU recenlty announced the beginning of an Eurovision Archives Project? How is this going to help Eurovision grow and will those archives be available to the public?

Eurovision Song Contest has an incredible legacy but we feel we haven’t yet grasped this in the best possible way. That is the reason the archiving project was started. However, so far it has not yet been decided whether this archive will be directly available for the general audience but it will be available for the broadcasters.

11. Do you have any news that you can share with us as far as the accreditation procedure and the Press accomodation concerned?

The accreditation process will start early next year and the aim for the upcoming season is to offer the media as well as fans an even better experience at the contest. We will let you all know as soon as there is anything to tell on Eurovision.tv. Stay tuned!

marcin_mrozinski

Interview with Marcin Mrozinski

Another Eurostar, Marcin Mrozinski, entrant for Poland in 2010, spoke to our Network regarding his Eurovision experience

1. WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE WAS YOUR PARTICIPATION TO THE ESC.?DO YOU HAVE IT AS A SWEET MEMORY OR YOU WOULD LIKE TO FORGET IT?DESCRIBE US WHAT HAPPENED THE PREPARATION DAYS,WHILE YOU WERE ON THE STAGE,AND YOUR FEELING AT THE TIME YOUR SONG ENDED.WAS IT A DREAM OR A MIRACLE?
Eurovision is my favorite music competition, I was watching it since I was 9. Our first (and last) big success Edyta Gorniak, on a 2nd place in 1994 made me dreaming about representing my country! I didn’t expect it will ever happen. I decided to try to take a part in that contest. I won Polish National Final in 2010 and it was unbelievable! My dream came true. Now I am thinking it was very difficult time in my life. The most busy, stressful half a year ever. Trying to find any sponsors, cause Polish TV (TVP) doesn’t help to the representatives, preparing everything, costumes, performance, promo materials. Polish TV didn’t help at all. They only paid for the flight and a hotel. The rest, I had to pay from my money. So, I had a very difficult time. But finally, we made a show. Now I think, I made a big mistake of showing my song that way. I had to many things on my head that time, so I trust to the choreographer. But now I know it was my mistake. We should sing “Legenda” without any strange dances, etc. Still, it was an amazing experience!!!
2.WAS YOUR PARTICIPATION HELPFULL TO YOUR CAREER?WHAT CHANGED AFTER TAKING PART TO THE CONTEST?
Well, actually it didn’t change a lot… I am still working as an actor at the theatre, tv series. I am still singing, hosting a show for children. Doing same things I was doing before ESC. The only thing which changed is that I am invited for some concerts out of Poland f.e. Portugal, Malta, Germany, Ukraine. It’s so nice, when someone out of your country comes to you and say: “Hi, I saw you on Eurovision. I really loved your song”.
3.WHICH DO YOU THINK IS THE ‘STANDARD RECIPE’ FOR HAVING A GOOD POSITION IN THE FINAL?
For Poland? No recipe… We never pass into the finals :P (except Isis Gee, who ended on the last position in the final). There is still very political voting, even we have 50/50. The only non-political voting past last few years I remember was when Alex Rybak won. He was the winner from the very beginning!!!

4.WHY DO YOU BELIEVE THAT THIS CONTEST REMAINS,ONE OF THE FAVOURITE SHOWS,AFTER SO MANY YEARS,IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT DECADE WHERE NOTHING SEEMS TO BE THE SAME?
It’s still a competition of countries, even more than songs. I think it’s popular, cause it’s glamour! I love it. I am watching it, cause I know what I can expect. A great show, with nice music, colorful, nicely done, well prepared, professional! And you can find there everything you like. If you like kitsch songs, disco songs, ballads, folk, you can find it on Eurovision! Amazing!

5.IN YOUR OPINION,HAVING EXTREME CHANGES,DURING THE YEARS,IS THE CONTEST BETTER OR NOT?-televoting system,-the ‘missing’of the orchestras e.t.c?
I miss the orchestra! The best times of Eurovision were in 90’s. Full of great songs, lovely melodies, amazing singers, live music! What else? I think they should be back with 10-15 members of jury in every country, no televoting. Best composers, singers, songwriters, producers as those members. It would become more professional again! Maybe it would mean more for people and countries again if they know that it’s not only a voting for those who can spend money on that voting…? Don’t know really…

6.HOW COMES THAT EVEN THOUGH,EUROPE IS IN A PERIOD OF ECONOMIC CRISIS,THE SHOWS ARE GETTING MORE AND MORE EXPENSIVE EVERY YEAR?
As I said before, this is not only a competition of songs. It’s a competition of countries! Every single country wants to show to the other countries, that the final in their country is the best ever! So, they spend more money every year to make it better than the other country made a year before… Bit silly, but still works. I think, they should think more of tourists who come for Eurovision. The hotels, hostels, etc. should be cheaper if they really want to make people come! I know lots of people who didn’t go to Dusseldorf because of unbelievably expensive hotels! And I am sure it would be bigger if they would save money on the organization than growing prices for the hotels and tickets!

7.TELL US A PARTICIPATION,THAT YOU REALLY ADMIRED AND THAT YOU WOULD,NO DOUBTLY PERFORM
I am having a lot of favorite songs! Last year I had few of them as well. As I said I love Eurovision! One of my favorite song ever is “Nocturne” Secret Garden, so simple and so beautiful! Sometimes less means more!

8.WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SUGGEST,IN ORDER TO MAKE ESC A TOTALLY REMARKABLE COMPETITION?
Eurovision in very remarkable, you don’t have to make it more special than it is. When you go once, you want to go every year! It’s amazing. Lots of people come for ESC and it’s great you meet them every single year! I have a lot of friends from Eurovision now. Not only from the participants, but fans as well. The most important is to enjoy it! It’s 2 weeks of a hard work, but as well a big fun! No time to sleep, no time to rest. Go out and have fun! :-)

9.WHAT DO YOU THINK SHALL ,IMMEDIATELY CHANGE TO THE CONTEST
I wouldn’t change a lot… Maybe I would give the same chances to the countries who have less money… So, I would give no permission for any scenography, and special effects, etc. F.e. Polish TV give no money for ESC to pay for fireworks, scenography, etc. We can’t do any special show without money. I would give the same chance to every country. Have microphones, same stage and sing… We’ll see what’s going to work better. To many circus on ESC at that moment sometimes.

10.WOULD YOU GIVE THE ADVICE TO A RELATIVE,OR A GOOD FRIEND TO TAKE PART?WHAT WOULD THE CONTEST OFFER HIM?
If you wanna take a part in Eurovision, have money! Then, enjoy :-)

11.DO YOU PREFER THE ‘OLD’ OR THE ‘NEW’ EUROVISION?
I prefer the old one… As I’ve said: better songs, no circus, amazing singers, competition of songs, not countries! But still, I am watching it every year and have my own favorites… Last year I really loved few songs and voices. We can get to know so many amazing singers who come to Eurovision every year from all Europe! Cool!

12.IN YOUR OPINION,WHICH IS THE MOST ‘SERIOUS’ PART OF A WINNING SONG,OF THE ABOVE..a.THE LYRICS? b.THE MUSIC? c.THE VOICE? d.THE APPEARANCE OR EVEN e.THE LANGUAGE?PLEASE SELECT ONE.
f. money? Hahahaha. No, just kidding :P uhmm… What’s now? Not the voice (not any more L), not the lyrics (cause you can sing anything, and it can be catchy), I would say: a mixture of MUSIC and APPEARANCE (that’s how it works at the moment).
Personally I would go for music!

13.WHICH OF THE ‘NOWDAYS MUSIC STARS’ SHOULD HAVE A TRY,ON THE CONTEST?
I wish I could see Anna Vissi (again) for Greece, Tarkan for Turkey, Mylène Farmer for France, Elton John for UK, Edyta Gorniak (again) for Poland, Lara Fabian (again) for Belgium, Jamala for Ukraine! But would be funny to see Rihanna or Lady Gaga :-)

14.WHICH WAS THE ARTIST,THAT COULD HAVE GONE BETTER AND ESC OWES HIM?
Harel Skaat (Israel 2010) one of the best vocalist in the contest, Maja Keus (Slovenia 2011) amazing singer! WOW!

15.THE ‘IDEAL’ ESC CONTEST FOR YOU.PLEASE GIVE US A FULL DESCRIPTION OF PLACE,BUILDING,SEASON,KINDS OF PARTICIPATING SONGS,E.T.C.
Warsaw, National Stadium, Summer 2013, Every country of Europe, the best songs possible, best vocalists ever!!! HUH? So… See you in Warsaw 2013 ;-)
